This company gave us stellar customer service! They are very responsive, and most importantly, they care about your concerns. Mark Hays called me first thing in the morning after I left a message. I like to be proactive about about keeping our house safe and healthy, so when I found a small amount of water damage in a cabinet, I started calling companies for mold testing. (We had an experience out of state, years ago that left us with the opinion that, sensing the anxiety homeowners often have with regard to mold can put the consumer in a vulnerable position. It happened to us once, but it only takes one time to remember!) The companies I spoke with here were more tempered, but they offered results in about 3-5 days.. The fastest results were 2 days, and they cost more. My experience with Mark was the opposite of any of those experiences. He asked specific questions, reassured me and sent Darryl out the next business day, with results the day after! (I believe their lab is on site...check with them.) Darryl called me personally to tell me the results were good..... Again, being extra cautious with our 100 year old house, I asked for asbestos testing, and Mark sent Tim out. That is definitely his area of expertise, so he gave us a lot of information about asbestos in general, based on the courses he takes regularly. Again, Tim called me personally the next day to tell me that our test results were good! Of course they send you the written reports for your records. Their prices are fair, and I'd rather spend money on that ounce of prevention to do testing than a pound of cure if you miss something. There is also no conflict of interest to worry about, because they don't do remediation. (They don't test for radon, but Mark had a referral for that too, so thanks to Mark, we are totally confident in our air quality!) Their results are quick. Their care and concern is genuine. Their knowledge is impressive. They don't use fear. They explain the facts and guide you. Obviously, I cannot recommend them highly enough! If I ever have any questions about mold or asbestos, I know who to call with complete confidence!
